- Request that we delete personal information we have about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, our use of advertising cookies and pixels (such as Google Ads and Meta Pixel) may be considered “sharing” under California law because those tools allow third parties to use your browsing activity to show you targeted ads on other sites and apps. You can opt out of this sharing by (a) declining advertising cookies in our cookie banner, (b) enabling Global Privacy Control or similar opt-out signals in your browser (we honor these signals as a valid opt-out request), or (c) emailing info@realhodge.com with “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the subject line.
- Limit the use of “sensitive personal information” — though we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA in the ordinary course of business
- Be free from discrimination for exercising your rights
To submit a request, email info@realhodge.com with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with comparable privacy laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Email info@realhodge.com.
The legal bases on which we rely to process your data include: your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations.
When data is transferred from outside the United States to the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and (if you give consent) personalize marketing.
Categories we use:
- Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function (for example, keeping you signed in to your favorites)
- Functional — remember preferences such as recent searches
- Analytics — help us understand how the Site is used (for example, Google Analytics)
- Marketing and advertising — measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on other sites and apps after you visit ours. This category includes Google Ads and Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel).
You can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie banner and through your browser settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request for the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Most browsers also let you send a “Do Not Track” signal; because there is no industry consensus on how to interpret this signal, we currently do not respond to it differently from our normal cookie practices.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and a vetted hosting provider. No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us at info@realhodge.com.
9. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Site and our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Lead and contact information is generally retained for the duration of our business relationship plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with real estate recordkeeping laws and respond to disputes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see Section 6.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not intended for and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact info@realhodge.com and we will delete it.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party sites and services (for example, listing providers, MoneyCorp, Google Maps). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any third-party site you visit.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice (for example, by email or a prominent Site notice). Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
